However, you will be responsible for any deductible amounts that your policy may have. All CO-pay or coinsurance amounts are due at the time of service, prior arrangements must be made with our patient accounts representative. Please understand that your insurance is a contract between you and the insurance provider. Therefore, it is your responsibility to understand your coverage and exceptions to your policy. Due to this relationship, you are ultimately responsible for your bill. Confidentiality of Your Medical Records All medical records and any information given to our staff will remain confidential.
